The Portland Foundry

The Portland Foundry was established in 2021 and is located in the old heritage workshops of the former Portland Cement Works.

Conceived as an asset for our regional community the Foundry will host visiting artists, workshops and public events providing opportunity to experience casting bronze sculptures using the Italian renaissance lost wax method.
